10 weeks!!

Zoie is now 10 weeks!! WOW, does time fly. I can't believe how big she is getting. She's already 12 pounds, she does not miss her meals.

Well.... People keep asking me how she is sleeping and I have to say pretty well... except... she is sleeping on her tummy. Before she was sleeping on her back and was waking up every 3-4 hours and one night Jeff and I agreed to put her on her tummy and she slept for 9 hours. It was fabulous!!!! She now sleeps around 7 hours a night on her tummy. Yes, I am getting up all the time to make sure that she is still breathing, so I am still not getting much sleep, but I will eventually. I still have her next to us in our room in her playpen. She will eventually make it to her room, but mommy is not ready for that yet.

Another thing is, I still have to get up to pump in the middle of the night. NOT FUN!! I am trying to wean myself off the night feeding and so far it hasn't happened yet. Once the night pumping is done, I think I will sleep much better.

SO.... I have to go back to work in a week and not sure that I am ready. I did not think it was going to be this hard. I know that I don't want to stay home, but I'm not fully ready to go back either. We found an in-home daycare that we really like, so I know she will be in good hands, but it is harder than I thought it would be. Wait till Aug 17th, I will be a wreck!!!

I will update with pics soon. I can't wait till her 3 month pics. I bought her the cutest outfit for it. So stayed tuned for that cute cute pic.
