My Dad

This is a very hard blog to write and those of you who know me, know that I very rarely write words on my blog, but this is for my dad.

My dad, Michael Golden was and is an amazing, caring, generous and overall one in a million. I cannot even begin to think of life without him. He was the one besides my mom I turned to for advise, support and most of all love. If you knew him, you know that he would give you the shirt off his back just to help in any way. My dad is the reason I am who I am today. I have his values, strengths, work ethic and I look like him most of all. He is my rock and no words can express how much he will be missed.

My mom, sisters, Jeff, Zoie and many wonderful friends are helping me through this difficult time. It is going to be so hard moving forward knowing he will not be able to share in all of our life events, but I know he will always be there in spirit. Moving forward and staying strong for my family is what is important.

The obituary is going to be published in Fort Worth Star Telegram on Thursday, March 25th. The wake will also be March 25th from 6-8pm. Emerald Funeral Home in Kennedale. The funeral will be at the same location on March 26th at 10am.

Dad, I love you so very much and miss you terribly. Your legacy will live on...............
